That's great Archer!

All of that throws me off balance too

I am weening off of caffeine. Trying to avoid the cold turkey headache but I am still drinking a little
coffee every morning so I may have to just do it and go through the detox.

Monkey: you should try that "Pero" coffee substitute is herbal and tastes decent. Helps you replace your coffee in the morning with no caffein.

-Yoga
-Mindfullness in all you do, be aware connect with the senses slow down
-Identify your emotions, write about them, journal
-Juice Juice Juice
-Nourish your body don't skip meals
-Have a routine
-Take yourself on a date, do something you have always wanted to do but havent made time
-Read the Artists Way

Loise: i heard about omega oil to be good for the brain...didn't make the connection with Altzheimers.
My mom has it so I have to watch out for it too....

Hi! there is an excellent web, food for the brain, and according to the disorder/sickness they give you a soort of diet.
i wonder about tea...i have tried to take a lot of green te (chinese) and i get different opinions.
I try to avoid stimulants, and i need to balance my energie level ( my adrenaline gets pretty high easily) i wonder if green tea helps....to soothe my mind, or if it does the contrary? i avoid english tea, specially at night. chamomille gives me a stomack ache ...recommendations?

I'm not doing too well atm but:

high intensity exercise and weight lifting
pescetarian diet
high protein diet
Omega fatty acids(either through fish or supplements)

I had liquid vitamin d supplements recommended to me for depression by a social worker but I've never actually tried it.

Hi anothernight, some people have difficult times when the season (weather) changes. i think i belong to the group.. vitamin D is pretty goed for energy but i did not read the instructions well so i took for times the dosis prescribed (also a mistake at the pharmacy and a cheap version paid by the insurance) so the secondary effects have been grotesque, among other a feeling of sickness, palpitations, very nervous, pain in muscles, etc....slowly getting better.,..but the vitamin D is the sun vitamin,
it will be good for you, just look for the right quality and the right amount!! hope you feel better!!!
