Wheat grass juice
To calm down in the day
Blue lotus tea
Or
Mix of lemon balm, chamomile, rose tea
Sometimes MJ ( not often)
To sleep
Sleepy time with honey and milk
Or Melatonin
Or A mix of valerian, lemon balm, lavender and rose
