Hello. I am not a musician but I think everyone has days where they are in neutral mode and just feel like they are going through the motions.

It is good that music provides a nice place for you to let go. I enjoy music--from the listening end. I never had the talent for playng or creating music. It is good that there are people with the gift of creating music, so those of us who can't can have something to enjoy.
