I keep getting nagged to keep a mood diary so I'm going to try and keep this as up to date as i possibly can. I'm awful at sticking to things like this but i really enjoy this forum and reading through other peoples experiences.

Just a quick introduction:
Name: Kimble
Age: 21
Gender: Female
Lives: UK
Diagnosis: Cyclothymia
Med's: Seroquel XL (currently 100mg)

Today I feel okay, very tired after my seroquel XL has been put up to 100mg, feeling a bit nauseous too. Going out tonight with the people from work which I'm looking forward too as I've been off work for 6 weeks with a dislocated and fractured finger. Not going to drink too much alcohol as being on these tablets makes the hangovers unbearable!

Starting to doubt my recent diagnosis of cyclothymia after reading peoples experiences on here and also after speaking to my doctor. I've heard several disorders being thrown around in the past including Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar, Clinical Depression, Anxiety Disorder and just being a teenage girl and it's all down to hormones and menstruation (give me a break!). The people I've been speaking to don't seem to have a lot of disruption in their lives due to this, where as, it turns mines upside down. The doctor says that I don't have typical cyclothymia because I don't get long periods of stability and if i have it it's defiantly the worst end. But I'll only know with time and patience to see if these tablets due any good for my ever changing mood.
