i went out to the shops today went well - a bit of anxiety but not much just engored it

i got some dvd's so i will watch them after dinner

dont feel much different with the change in seroquel yet i dont think it will do anything that its not doing now - anxiety sucks - im a bit bored at the moment - wish there was more to do in hospital there are lots of groups during the week but none on the weekend and its the weekend that is the most boring

tomorrow i might see if i can do some painting or something like that

i have sleep apnoea and since using the CPAP i have a better sleep but im still tired druning the day
at night i use to wake up lots sometimes 10 times a night now im wakening once every now and then twice
i dont mind the mask and i dont notice it at all at night

they have changed my seroquel from 300mg morning and 900mg at night of the XR version to
300mg morning, 300mg lunch of the XR version and 600mg night of quick release

i saw my doctor so i now know the plan i will stay in hospital until i have stable accommodation but i am free to come and go

they are having a meeting about me on the 13 july to talk about the progress made about my accommodation

i have to go to court on the 20 july

i had overnight leave last night that did not go well i came back after a few hours - i was so anxious i hate it - it runs my life just the thought of getting on a bus/train/tram makes me anxious too many people i hate it

i will go out for day leave tomorrow to the shops as i get paid hope that the tram isn't too packed
