Got my urine sent off to the lab today so they can get creative with antibiotics and see's what one manages to kill my uti, bladder infection and now kidney infection. The antibiotics I have taken over the previous 2 months haven't done as much as we have needed them to. So it will be good for them to target this infection in the lab first.
I'm happy the dbt information group is going so well. I must admit that I'm possibly not as relaxed about it as I could be. I know I don't have to put so much work into it, but I love the challenge - and I love the reward of a well run group. When it comes down to it, the individual benefit to me is getting to revise my dbt knowledge and getting to know it inside out; as well as getting to discuss skills with group participants. It's amazing how much I get to learn from the groups too.
I'm totally annoyed with the Seroquel turning me into a ravenous pig. My fat clothes don't fit me anymore and I exercise for an hour each day.
