1. Be honest as best you can. Do not lie when it isn't necessary.
2. Study constantly. If you aren't studying or reading up on something, it looks suspicious.
3. Keep your "circles" consistent. The body has certain friends. You don't get to change that.
4. Drink caffeinated drinks as often as possible. If we get tired during the day, we're easier to find out.
5. No complaining. Problems are to be kept between you and anyone else directly involved.
6. Take care of the body. We only get one of these.
7. Do all your tasks. Getting behind screws us all over.
8. Distract yourself via our SO or our best friend. We can't trust anyone else.
9. Go along with it. You probably don't remember anything that happened last week but it happened.
10. No impulse decisions, even while manic. Consult with everyone else.
