Hypo or so; industrial'ish. Chiasm, Fractured, Kovenant, Gothminister, and multiple others.. Dipping to depression it seems to tilt towards metal/gothic metal. And songs I've listened since I was 15 or so in the metal sorts. Or songs I can feel similar feeling in..

For sake of examples, let's pick
Fracuted - Only Human Remains (rest of the album is great too) for uppity uppity.

Depressive it falls down to Moonspell etc. Bands I've listened for years and years.
Garbage - Only Happy When It Rains is one good example - although it isn't metal, even less of heavy sorts it just gives that peaceful feeling. Nothing quite as good as walking in rainy storm or blizzard.

Then there are some that works for either on their own way.
Rapid cycling BP II with side of anxiousness, mixed states and BPD/AvPD-traits.
Meds? Went feral. So far nothing has given me the equal of highs on daily basis.
