That Cirvante blokes a bit of a dick isn't he.

I've got some friends over for the local village carnival. We dressed up as Bill and Ted last night and got hugely drunk.
Great fun.

Just us as Bill & Ted.

Had my first day today.
I don't really know what to think. I didn't really talk to anyone (as expected). But then no one else seemed to either.
I didn't freak out though so I'm happy about that, but my anxiety always seems to build over time.

I guess I'll just have to see how it goes.

All you can do is completely ignore him, don't acknowledge his posts in your thread... and respond to everyone else.

It's alright, I don't care. :|

You may not care ,but it's breaking rules of the site...

Crashed my car this morning.
Well, not my car. My Mum's. I've been driving it as my car is broken.

I was driving my Mum to work, rounded the corner at the crest of this hill (maybe 50-55mph).
And there was this cyclist almost stopped (not quite stopped but going very slow) about 3 car lengths in front of me.

I think "I'm going to hit that cyclist if I don't slow down", so I point the car away from her.
I then think "This car doesn't have ABS" as the wheels lock up and I'm heading straight for a white van.
I manage to get the car back onto the correct side of the road somehow avoiding the cyclist and the white van.

I did put the car into the side of the hill though, and broke the front passenger side suspension.
Ooops.

Got a lift to college. Where I got talking to a guy who, as it turns out, lives 1mile from me. So I've got lifts in and out as we have all the same lessons.

So yeah. It's not going at all badly.

I'm commuting every day with this other guy. He's quite nice. Knows feck all about engines though. I'm gonna have to learn him.

I've spoken to almost everyone and know everyone's name. I think it's a bit easier because I'm older than most, and we're usually talking about something I feel confidant about (like anti lag or cam selection).

Thing is, like always, there's the "cool" kids. Or as in most cases, this one being no different, the loud kids.
We were at the freshers induction thing being talked at. Afterwards there was a buffet (one commented it was a posh buffet, which I though was impossible. Maybe I'm just hugely middle class), and one of the less popular kids was with us. As soon as he went to the buffet, the cool kids insisted we close the circle so we excluded him when he got back.

This put me in a dilemma.
I didn't want to hurt the other guys feelings, but I also didn't want to be excluded by the others.
I decided to walk off.
TBH I think the popular kids are dicks, and don't want to associate with them.

My greatest fears have been realised.
Though not by me.

That kid in the post above, the unpopular one, has been getting the piss ripped from him everyday.
That is:
being rejected (no one wants to work with him),
openly being called ###$ to his face,
fun made of his accent and speech.
Just general bullying.

All he could say was "Am I really that unpopular?"

Thing is, I'm glad it's not me.
I feel sorry for the kid and I feel kind of bad because, I don't really like the him either.

I know taht if that was me I wouldn't bother coming in to class anymore.

Ah, bullying, that brings up memories. :|
