Tought I'd start a thread on odd behaviors that just didn't "Feel" right about your HPD's behaviors. Feel free to contribute!

* Always took pictures of herself, like TONS AND TONS of pictures. For some reason, she liked to take pictures of FOOD.

* Facebook profile has tons and tons of pictures of herself, and she added relative strangers to her facebook.

* Ignores you when with others.

* Very BLACK or WHITE. Either engages you completely, or disengages completely.

* Very Cheap

HI,

You seems to be lover of her, so you are taking so many pictures for her. Then i am thinking do you have any problems with herself or you have any problem with yourselves.

You would be incorrect in that assumption. she took pictures for herself! She would just hold the camera and take snapshots of herself all day long.

OK here's one:

He'd just disappear sometimes when we were out. Kind of weird if we were at a mall. Downright scary if we were on vacation in a large city. Would show up 30 minutes, 1 hour, even 2 hours later without a coherent explanation of where he'd been or why he left.

I don't know if that is due to HPD or alcoholism or just general bad behavior, but there you go.

Empowered.... definitely familiar with the HPD loving pictures of themselves...

WJ... mostly what rang a bell with me on your list was the difficulty holding down a job, and the lack of empathy when someone else is sick or hurting. Oh, and always wanting to move away someplace "better" (although that might just be general human nature, idk).

Wow interesting. Right i got a 1000 pics of myself too, just face pics. I thought i do it to see myself, to see who i am, how my expression looks like and all that. I have face pics of other people too. There so many things that are true for me on the list of william. I found it particularly funny the thing about buying clothes, i will buy clothes, come home and think i dont like those clothes anymore and never wear them.

Not wanting to be touched after intercourse answers what i was asking in the other thread i made. If the woman would touch me after the intercourse, i swear i would throw her against a wall, so i just leave, i have to get away from her.

That was good reading it all.

A few more to add to the list:

#1) Loves to chat on MSN Messenger
#2) Very Very Cheap.. Tries to exploit others to get gifts. No morals here.
#3) Not appreciative at all. Never heard her say thank you once when I treated her to dinner (which was, pretty much, every time)

I think she's a combination of NPD/HPD for what that's worth.

I wonder if how i feel after watching a movie is another HPD thing. I always knew this sure isnt normal what a movie does to me. Now that you mentioned an HPD has tons of pics of other people to not feel lonely, i am sure its an HPD thing. Movies affect me in a big way. Its the best thing to do when i feel lonely or empty when i have no people around

I remember there was this movie "bad boys 2". I was so emotionally connected to this movie, to the characters, the places, it had it all. I watched it over 30 times at least. But after i watched it over and over again, it just caused me feeling empty, lonely. As i said before i got more of an extrem social phobia so i rarely get in contact with people, so movies kinda give me what i want and need. The feeling of loneliness and my social fears go away after watching a movie. It leaves me in a totally different state of mind

When my HPD watched a movie.. She totally ignored me as well, even if we're watching a DVD. I think it's normal for you to discuss the movie or chit chat a bit during the movie, but she totally disengages.
