If you have an ipod or iphone there is an app called mood tracker. It is free (there are upgrades available for a fee). It tracks moods with corresponding number line, visual faces with descriptions, and a sleep tracker. You can also enter notes. I've caught some stuff early that I might have otherwise missed. Its convenient and easy to use. If you are on an ipod/iphone/itouch regularly (like me), its worth checking out. My pdoc and therapist loved it. They are now recommending itIf you have an ipod or iphone there is an app called mood tracker. It is free (there are upgrades available for a fee).
