:idea: due note for most of us we will require... an 11 x 17 sheet. i recommend going to staples for printing.

I use a free app Stress Tracker. It has great categories to chart stress levels, moods, and it has a diary included. I like the emoticons on it and it's simple to use. My therapist likes it. Now I have to look for a good 'How spend time chart and to-do list maker, per her recommendation.
I've always felt that a person's intelligence is directly reflected by the number of conflicting points of view he can entertain simultaneously on the same topic.

It appears the link is not working for the mood tracker.
Does any one real know what goes on in the chemistry of our brains?
