Hi Tylas,
I'm guessing from the web page. Probably saved for the professionals.

The DDIS form linked above has some numbering errors and at least one significant typo, but it is usable. Here is another form: http://www.rossinst.com/sample_forms.html

Scoring of the DDIS is complicated. I scored myself in about as much time as it took me to do the interview. Result: DID (or DDNOS if being conservative) with somatic complaints (except pain; I dissociate pain). No schizophrenia, no borderline personality disorder, etc. No surprises for me, which is reassuring.

This diagnostic tool is so complex in both form and content that you probably should try to follow standard practice and have it administered to you by someone with training and experience in administering it.

Thanks Una,

That is a better web page. I wonder if it's an updated version or if my link just isn't quite right...

How spooky, I actually took this like 10 hours ago xD. My results were as follows:

Somatization Disorder: Do not meet criteria.
Substance Abuse: Do not meet criteria.
Major Depressive Episode : Do meet criteria.
Schizophrenia: Do not meet criteria.
Features of DID: Scored 12/16. Or "8" if scored correctly.
Borderline Personality Disorder: Do meet criteria.
Dissociative Amnesia: Do not meet criteria.
Dissociative Fugue: Do not meet criteria.
Depersonalisation Disorder: Do meet criteria.
Dissociative Identity Disorder: Do meet criteria.

No surprises bar the Depersonalisation Disorder.

No surprise, actually. Most people with DID also have severe depersonalization, at least during the discovery phase. That is why per DSM when someone meets the criteria of both Depersonalisation Disorder and DID, they are given only a formal diagnosis of DID.

I have had some major depressive episodes in the past, years ago. The most recent episode was triggered by a brief and seemingly unremarkable contact with the father of a teen suicide victim. I think something about the father (and the circumstances?) triggered one of my alters. I don't know why.

Kaz, can you tell who in your system has Borderline Personality Disorder, and who is depressed? Do you and Sophie both have BPD, or just Sophie?

I have no idea. I'm still in the process of finding out who's feelings are who's. I think it might be her but my behaviour is sometimes erratic... Think she's worse. I really have no idea :|.

If I take out the one part who has SU/SI urges, I do not meet the BPD criteria, so she may be my only truly borderline part. The following things are across all parts, but are probably all DID and attachment related issues (DA) shared by DID and BPD: mood and identity variability; abandonment issues; severe dissociation. Funny thing is I don't have the typical outward borderline signs, like impulsive behavior, relationship volatility and anger.
