... when you sometimes have dreams about killing people even though you're the nicest girl around (that one freaks me out!)
... when your SO brings you a cup of chocolate milk and you wonder whether it's for him or for you, then later at night in bed you suddenly remember it and say, "What happened to the chocolate milk?" and he says "You drank it". WHUT? o.O

When you absolutely cannot sleep without a nightlight... then the next night you cannot sleep without it being completely dark.
When you're playing a sport, which is using armbands to differentiate teams, and you need help tying your armband on despite being 21 and having lots of experience tying knots.

When you show for an appointment, knowing there's a long wait time, but you don't have to be the one to wait. Thanks, Lewis!

When you walk past an item you need 3 times at the grocery store and give up, then go home and re-realize you didn't get the one thing you needed.
Spending ten minutes searching for my drink and then realizing I was holding it the whole time. Very funny, littles.

True, but also makes us feel sad and alone. Our therapist tries and knows a lot about DID, but it's not the same.
When you look at one of the emotions trees pictures where there are lots of blobs in/climbing a tree that you are supposed to say which one you are at the start of an activity, during it, at the end etc....and tell you therapist who all the ones on/around the tree are from within you. It is actually a really useful exercise as when she asked about the one feeling sad lying down I told her all about crying Katie.

When you (finally) learn from the advice on this forum and when you find yourself down the chocolate aisle about to buy lots different types of chocolate, you buy multi pack of treat size chocolates so that everyone can have their own but each portion is less than buying standard sized bars/bags (and then still having one each)

When you're shopping, and take forever to decide on anything because every part wants something different, and you also need to buy various flavors and types of things (like ice cream) at the food store because of the same thing.
