I want to give you something special, some hope perhaps

Hi all,

There is something I have been using that helped me alot . Been using it for just over two months with really nice and rapid results. And Im positive that it can help you as well .

What am I talking about? Its called eft wicth stands for emotional freedom techinque

In essence, EFT is an emotional version of acupuncture wherein we stimulate certain meridian points by tapping on them with our fingertips. This addresses a new cause for emotional issues (unbalanced energy meridians). Properly done, this frequently reduces the therapeutic process from months or years down to hours or minutes. And, since emotional stress can contribute to pain, disease and physical ailments, we often find that EFT provides astonishing physical relief.

You can make enormous strides by introducing EFT into your emotional therapy process (whether you are a professional or a client). Instead of taking months or years using conventional "talk therapy," EFT often does the job for you cleanly and thoroughly in one or two sessions ... and we sometimes achieve noticeable results in a few brief rounds of EFT. We label these near-instant results as "one minute wonders."

Once you have seen how well EFT clears out emotional debris, your next step is to notice how physical ailments start to fade. Headaches, back pains and other discomforts often tend to improve or vanish as emotional issues improve (this is the essence of Mind Body Medicine). Your vision may become clearer and everyday stress may take less toll on your system.

Accordingly, you can apply it to just about everything. That is one of the most astonishing things about it. You use the same basic procedure for your fear of public speaking as you do for improving your golf score. You can also use it for everything from the common cold to multiple sclerosis (consult your physician, of course). Further, we have had reported successes for nearly every emotional issue on the books...including fear, trauma, depression, grief and schizophrenia. Some consider it the missing link in the pursuit of health and happiness.

I believe it has a 95% succes rate, its not like one of those thing only wehn you truelly truelly believe in it it might work , it just does work for the larg majority.

Done properlly every single ''bad emotion'' can be handeld, the severaty doesent matter. The princapel is same , its negavtive energy and that my friends can be handeld

More on this matter can be found on: emofree.com you can download the manual for free. I would really advise you to read the whole manual before getting started. Once you get a good understanding how it all works you can start and applay it on yourself. I would advise to start off slow . Get familiar with it, once you done that , you can look at other arias in your life you would like to improve. I have made the mistake to imidialtly try and handel the core issuius( witch are much more complex to handel then lets say fear of public speaking, fear of spiders whatever)

I aslo would advise you to give it a fair try, dont go quitting after trying it for a day saying this $#%^ doest work life is worthless

Have realistic expectations, say you handeld your fear of going to the mall by yourself, this doesent mean you will never feel frightend again in other aeras in your life . It means you can now likley be walking amoung poeple without the discomfert that your used to. If there are other aeras you have some irrational fear you can work and that too. Then that particular fear will vasnish as well . Its really up to you how far your willing to go

Im posting this in the apd forum so its gonna be leaning more on how to cope with problems we have , to all other members read the website

btw it looks AND sound really REALLY gay( regarding the eft ) but it works and that is all that mathers. Im hoping you get past that face of no way in hell am I gonna do this, its in your own benifit

I must add that CBT and eft combiend work really well. CBT stops the suppley of negatives toughts(witch lead to feeling worthless, anxoius ect) while EFT clears the issius

The things that eft has done for me so far:

The deep feeling of worthleness witch I had as long as I can remember, GONE( feel a lot more neutral now)
Lot less tired then I used to be
Lot less apprihansive when interacting with poeple
I can walk amoung poeple without feeling like they looking at me judging me, making fun of me ect ( this would never be the case I was so tense before that lol)
When poeple are louging I dont get the old feeling they gossiping baout me ( the most intense feeling of discomfert I would get when a group of grils where giggeling now it doesent even bother me one bit, for real )

I would get into it more but I got to work tomorrow in the animal shelter. Dont have the time for more in debt info

And a hell of a lot more fun.
Don’t tell me I cannot go
With a wound that refuses to mend
Deliver me from all of this
I want you to quicken my end

Don’t say it isn’t so
I’m on a path that you’ll never comprehend
Set me free from all of this
I need you to quicken my end

Hello, Nevergive_up. I'm glad you found something that really works for you. :D Someone I know had mentioned something like this and I thought it sounded very weird. I thought, "No way!" Now that I know about your success, I think I might look into it.

Hey, Parador. I saw your signature line, "Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast." Isn't that from Red Dwarf? I used to love that show! I haven't seen it for years! That's that famous line from Ace Rimmer! At least I think that was his line. I might be completely wrong. You probably have no idea what I'm talking about right now, do you? Oh, smeg.

Yes - that was my hero, Ace Rimmer. Holly, the ship's computer had an IQ of 6000 - the same IQ as 6000 PE teachers.

When it went off the air in 1999 they were supposed to come out with a movie in a couple of years, but it never happened. They ended up doing some more episodes last year, but I have not caught them yet. A big Dwarf fan I know online says they wre no good.

I used to watch Red Dwarf all the time! That and Doctor Who (I used to be a big Whovian, but that's another story.) I felt like the only kid in town who watched PBS. I could really identify with Rimmer, especially during the first season. It seemed like no matter how much he tried, he could never relate to people like he wanted to.

I haven't seen the new episodes either. I hope they're not that bad, because it would be nice to see the cast together again.

That was my big exiting Saturday night back in the 90s -I would bake something. Then watch two Red Dwarf Episodes. They used to show two at a time on PBS. Then sometimes they woud have a marathon when they would show the whole season in one night. I believe it was in mid March. I remember because we would have huge snowstorms in mid March and I was afraid the station would go off the air.

It did not air in much of the US. PBS in VT carried it, but not the one in NY. Or many other states. It was big in Seattle where it aired. Apparently the new one is just 3 episodes. Looks like that's all we will ever get. It's on DVD. I see it on amazon - Red Dward Back to Earth.

Oh well - at least we still have a stargate series going.

Thanks for the information. I´m quite sceptical but I saw in a House chapter how a man had a surgery while he was sleeping with accupunture. I´ll have a look at it.
I also want to tell you that relaxation exercises are really useful to reduce anxiety.
