Poll: Relationships with a BPD

Postby petrossa » Wed Sep 14, 2011 6:46 pm

There is a thread in the BPD forum that about BPD/AS relationships (It can be foundHERE.)

Have you had/are you in a relationship with a BPD?
Are you two better for it?
How did it go?
There's only two things I hate in this world. People who are intolerant of other people's cultures and the Dutch.

I am still ok although somewhat more scars then before i started.
It went like a ride on a huge roller-coaster.
It goes now like on a quit tiny children's roller-coaster.

Er, excuse me, but do you see the difference in questions?

In BPD forum...

Have you had a relationship with an Aspie?
Was it romantic?
How did it go?

Aspie forum

Have you had a relationship with a BPD?
Are you still ok?
How did it go?

Are you still ok? Are you still ok??? We're BPD not serial killers, grrr

I'm not really offended or anything. I was just playing. In a way it's quite sad, the fact that people are asked if they are still ok, lol. We are not all violent though - I haven't stabbed anyone. Yet.

Have you have? Have you had maybe?

On a more constructive note. Maybe women with BPD are easier for people with AS to read. As they tend to be unhindered in their showing of feelings.

It's probably regarded as a 'high risk' type relationship because aspies can be easily overwhelmed. But highly emotional people can teach aspies a lot and vice versa so it wouldn't surprise me if the match was compatible.

Wasn't or was? From your construction of the phrase it should logically say 'was'
