A safer alternative for people wanting to lose weight are green tea diets. People who were on a green tea diet were more likely to use up more fats than those not on a green tea diet.

You have to take the vegetables and fruits more and more in your daily meal because these are the great diet food. Don't skip the meal and void junk food.

A healthy diet is one that helps maintain or improve general health. It is important for lowering many chronic health risks, such as obesity, heart disease, diabetes, hypertension and cancer. A healthy diet involves consuming appropriate amounts of all essential nutrients and an adequate amount of water. Nutrients can be obtained from many different foods, so there are numerous diets that may be considered healthy.

Hi there! As of right now I am trying to eat healthy, I don't eat any sweets, try to avoid dough and deep-fried food. I also try not to use salt and sauces while I cook. Waiting to see the results!

Healthy eating is not about strict nutrition philosophies, staying unrealistically thin, or depriving yourself of the foods you love. Rather, it’s about feeling great, having more energy, stabilizing your mood, and keeping yourself as healthy as possible– all of which can be achieved by learning some nutrition basics and using them in a way that works for you. You can expand your range of healthy food choices and learn how to plan ahead to create and maintain a tasty, healthy diet.

We should always take healthy and balanced diet for our good health and fitness.
Our foods must include all the vitamins, protein, fiber, carbohydrates. We should take fresh fruits, vegetables, grains, milk, yogurt, eggs, fish, meat, chicken, nuts, and dry fruits in our foods to make our foods balanced and complete.
