My 6 year old grandson has been through so much. I have guardianship of him and he has been acting out in school. I have been trying to protect him from his mother and now my husband walked out and left us. My grandsons father committed suicide when he was 2. He is angry because he doesn't get to see his mom. Now he is angry at my husband. I took him to see a child counselor and I have an appointment soon to see what his evaluation results were. Although I know he is hurting. His behavior is out of control. Should I punish him for his bad behavior? I don't know what to do. I try to be good to him. I also try to correct him when he acts up like this. I think my husband is going to get counseling. He really needs it. I can't let him move back in after his insane behavior. I am feeling guilty because I thought that I could give him a better life.
