any home stuttering kits that help?

I tried briefly reading a book which focused on the valsala mechanism or whatever..but i'm just wondering if there is any other home tapes/kits that can help with stuttering?

--I'm pretty fluent but will lock on feared words at the beginning of a sentence...this has caused psychological havoc at times even though my stuttering isn't really bad anymore..any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.

I wish I were you. Based on what you say, it seems like that you are doing quite well. I've been working so hard to achieve fluency, I still come short.
