In love but asexual?

I'm currently in a relationship and I'm in love with my boyfriend but I absolutely cannot stand sex. I never have and I never want to. I just want to live without it completely. What's wrong with me?

That’s interesting. I’m not sure that there is anything ‘wrong’ with you. We are all different and have different sexual needs, turn-ons, levels of sexual desire, etc.

What don’t you like about sex specifically? Do you achieve orgasm during sex? If you don’t orgasm I can understand not being interested. Perhaps you can give your bf some hints in regard to giving you a more pleasurable experience.

You are in love. Is the emotional connection during sex nice at any rate? Can you enjoy that your boyfriend is happy? Sex generally is a pretty huge deal for guys as you may have noticed. If you can at least be happy with sex at an emotional level I think it will help you ‘deal’ with having it sometimes even if it's nothing you particularly want to be doing.
