Unable to ejaculate when with partner

Postby saberpacket » Sun May 07, 2017 3:32 pm

Hi, I've recently started having sexual activities and came across an issue I'm concerned about.

Introduction
I'm a male in my early 20s and recently met a girl whom I'm having regular non-penetrative sex. On our first session I had trouble staying hard when she started to stimulate me with her hands and ended up not proceeding further to get me to orgasm. I would attribute that to my heavy porn addiction/usage, 'death-grip masturbation' and near-daily masturbation.

Notes:
I decided to challenge myself to restrain myself from porn/masturbation since then and had our second session, roughly a week later.
There was pre-cum during foreplay which never happened during solo masturbation.
I was able to maintain my erection and sexual desire throughout the session or roughly 12 hours (including a couple of hours of sleep in between). This is unusual for me as even during solo masturbation with porn, I'm unable to maintain my erection at full strength for longer than 30 minutes (on days that take long)

Issue:
- She attempted to give me a handjob and the stimulation was pleasurable, more so than doing it myself. However, I was unable to reach orgasm.
-- I decided to take over and masturbate I didn't manage to reach ejaculation and ended up losing my erection

Worries/thoughts:
-I'm quite worried about making a mess or staining her bed
+I'm personally satisfied from the session even without achieving ejaculation
-Is it bad for my body to maintain prolonged arousal without ejaculation?
-Could there be underlying health issues that's resulting in this problem?

Thank you for your time in advance!
Would be great if I could get advice on my situation from professionals or with credible sources.

Hey Saberpacket,

Porn and masturbation doesn't desensitize your penis, it desensitizes your sexuality. It takes away a great part of your life that you could be experiencing with someone else. You tried not doing it for a week and your sex drive became substantially higher. The less you masturbate, the better sexual experiences you will have with your girlfriend.

Its great that you didn't masturbate for a whole week, and cheers to you if you don't need the help, you would be gifted. However, if you do ever need help. Try "NoFap" or seek support when you need it on these forums.

Good luck,

Somethingelse

Hi somethingelse,

Thank you for clarifying the point on porn and desensitizing as well as your encouragement.

I've came across NoFap before and failed in my attempt to quit porn and masturbating a year ago. But I really want to improve the sexual experience for both of us plus I'm feeling satisfied enough to keep my porn cravings at bay so it seems I'll be fine on my own!

Best regards

I think abstinence from masturbation is a great way to get in the mood. Personally I've done it and the most I've gone I think was around 11 days, no further. When I did break, I had strong sexual urges and it was amazing
