my current diagnosis

well i've been asked politely by my tharapist if i wanted my current diagnosis soo i agreed to knowing & she also wrote it down for me, i'm really scared and feel guilt for wanting to share my diagnosis but i feel it's good to share. "295.70 schizoaffective d/o depressive type" & "300.21 panic d/o with agoraphobia" that's what she wrote. i don't know what else to say ...
