Cure for Negative Symptoms of Schizophrenia

Postby bamberg82 » Sat Aug 25, 2012 3:40 am

I've been on this experimental trial for a drug that has cured my negative
symptoms without any side affects.

It took 2 months for the drug to take hold. It doesn't have a name yet, but it
will be FDA approved on 2015.

email me *edited*, and I'll answer any questions you may have
about the drug.

Thanks
Thomas

hey you might be able to raise the efficacy of this pharmecuetical with glycine precursors such as D-serine and n-methylglycine, those were some of the original ideas for cognitive-negative symptoms.

if you guys wanna try how this feels in much weaker form try this.

wikipedia: "In fact, D-serine is a more potent agonist at the glycine site on the NMDAR than glycine itself"

"Caffeine has recently been found to also be a competitive antagonist.[3]"
of glycine receptor, more reasons to also take glycine agonists.

http://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT01499563

This study is coming to a close in november and will result in march 2013 estimated.

this is a 5ht2a antagonist and dopamine phophomodulator. it also seems to have glutamatergic modulating action.

so basically much less sleepiness, but still more quaint sleepiness. plus less cognitive effection.

it was made in 2009, so they might of not caught on early enough but said they did.

either way if you wait it out 2 and a half more years you'll definetly be having a better time on the new meds.

nicotinic agonists/modulators (cognition)
glycine agonists/reuptake inhibitors (negative)
dopamine modulators (more ambitious for positives)

This would be a terrible idea. There is evidence of glutamate damage in schizophrenia postmortems. D-serine can be neurotoxic due to how it is enzymatically degraded.

Hi Bamberg82,

I have the similar problem. My family says that i get negative symptoms when i go out of med. Is the medicine you described a cure or treatment. After taking it for 2 months, did you have to take it forever or it was stopped after taking for 2 months?

Thanks.
