Seroquel and libido and other possible side effects

For anyone who took/takes this med: Have any libido or other sexual side effects? If so, what and how exactly?

I feel as if I have a drop in libido... but that might be because I large sexual component to my obsessive-compulsive disorder that the Seroquel is treating.

yes the dopamine antagonism lowers labido and penile strength imo, and the serotonin antagonism lowers intimacy. not radically turns it off, but its harder to acheive. you can try sexual stimulators, but alot of them would flare up your symptoms. so its probably better to go for the more transient ones. some people are more sensitive than others, i find that nicotine makes me smaller because of the vasocontriction even if it is a dopamine stimulant so it is complicated. you can also switch medications, i heard that 5hta1 agonism raises libido.
