I have little disposable income and need to talk to a proper professional. I live in IL. Where do I start?

What a great idea. If you were looking for a car I'd tell you to start at a Chrysler dealership.

in my state I just went to the state operated one and didn't have to pay much for the services because I did not make much. So I'd say government run places.

I'm 22 and live alone, I don't have a regular doctor. The only person I feel comfortable to talk to about this lives in Michigan and I don't know him well enough so any advice is much appreciated. My life is very affected by whatever is going on with me and I need help. Sorry theres no more details but thanks anyways.
