Abilify and when to take it

hi i've been on abilify for one week switching from a different a.p. drug. im on 20 mg one 10 mg in the morning when i wake up and one 10mg before bed.
ive been feeling like an uneasy kind of headache leaving me uncomfortable sociallizing with people, kinda similar to some kind of hangover . also restless and jittery when im bymyself at the computer but thats OK. just the unnatural uneasy restless feeling in my brain thats bothersome and causes me to be anti social

i have also been on abilify though now for a couple of months i find it better than respiridal, though i now know to take it just before bed ...i have also found that any kind of caffine or taurine sends me up the wall i become non responsive nervous paranoid and generally anti social sometimes having to take a lie down i feel as if people think i am behaving shifty or are suspicios of me this type of jittery paranoia at this level i have only ever experienced whilst taking ssri's with respiridone and its hell. the only advice i can give is to avoid cola tea coffee and any energy drinks and see how you go. im much better without those drinks
