Stuck in a fantasy world?

I believe that I am "stuck" in some sort of fanatasy world where I can use telepathy to communicate with people from the post-singularty era (this is the era where we have robots, very advanced computers).

I don't know if it is real or fake.

What should I do?

The antipsychotics don't really 'cure' this fantasy world.

Coming from my personal experience with thoughts of this nature, I can say that the mind can get caught up on beliefs because it doesn't see any evidence for or against said beliefs, so it keeps giving energy to what is essentially a fruitless endeavor.

Eventually I realized my own thoughts were paradoxes. I do not believe in paradoxes in the material world, so, with time they faded away....mostly
