What Cold Medicine is Safe to Use With Psych Meds?

I'm coming down with a head cold, and every medicine we have here seems to say "don't use if you're on psych meds for depression, MAOI inhibitors...etc..." I'm on perphenazine and fluoxetine. So I'm just hoping the cold will go away, and it seems to be, but it'd be nice to know in the future what I can take that's not gonna interfere with my psych meds.
