Understanding the Schism: Extremes and Balance.

Postby Azule » Sun Dec 02, 2012 9:39 pm

While much May be done in writing, telling of my own observations and discoveries and thoughts, it would be much more efficient for you all to watch a video done by a tried and true psychiatrist on TED that addresses the societal rift and cultural delusion that our world has been and is still going through at this moment.

It might answer allot of questions and make some of you feel allot more sane about it. ADHDers, Schizotypals, Schizophrenics, Bi-Polars, "Hallucnitory" delusionals, "Telepathics" Voice-Hearers and everyone who feels a sort of discontentment with the world give this video a shot, along with a number of other RSA Animates. The Drawn cartoon of the lecture is completely fantastic and makes for a good video to share with a friend for more then a laugh, whomever you are, the most sane and stable person can learn a thing or ten and be entertained the entire while.
Please share, Comment, Re-post. No more adieu, Here goes!

RSA Animate - The Divided Brain
In this new RSAnimate, renowned psychiatrist and writer Iain McGilchrist explains how our 'divided brain' has profoundly altered human behavior, culture and society. Taken from a lecture given by Iain McGilchrist as part of the RSA's free public events programme.

yesss...schizophrenics gets stuck in left brain activity ("more about what we know, about what we know, about what we know...."). it is like a never ending search for the truth of a fallacy (and in complete disregard of right brain).

yeppp ...eventually i learned the only truth (that there was none).

what other vids ya got????
