How can I not bother my friend I have feelings for

Personally, I wouldn't wait for her. If she wanted to be with you, why is she still with her boyfriend? Maybe she's quite happy having you to talk to almost everyday. If you don't like being stuck in the best friend role, I'd stop spending so much time with her.

I'd start looking for another girl who wants to be with you, and not just lean on you for support. If this girl wants you, she will chase you. (And if she doesn't, that's her loss. She can stay with her boyfriend that doesn't care as much about her if she wants.)

Saw my friend again, and we both had a relaxing and fun time, an ordinary visit. I was able to put all this behind me, as was she being the very understanding girl that she is, and we were quite at ease around each other. I didn't feel overly smitten or sexually lusting for her and our time went by smoothly with jokes and conversation, games and music. I don't think I'm limerent or narcissistic, I think I'm just horny and liberally minded and very fond of my friend as a person, and at the time I posted this, I was desperate and feeling undesirable and HORNY.
