Hello,
Well, I've been told by few friends and family members that I'm being self-compassive and I think is true, I Googled few articles and they show exactly how I feel, act etc...
This has become a problem now, it takes me a while to stand up and do my homework or home duties because of this mental state. This is also affecting my relations. Even my grades are getting low!
What can I do? How can I stop being self-comppasive?
I hope I posted in right place

Hello gab-E,
Did you try to talk to anyone older than you?? try to talk to them and listen to them what they are saying.
See, don't lose your hopes, You can correct everything. Pay more attention to study, so you will able to learn more and will able to improve grade level. Don't keep in mind that you are not paying attention to study. You can talk to your family members. This will help you in distracting your mind from your negative thoughts.
Can you tell me what your friends are saying about this problem?
Don't worry about posting anywhere. We will handle it. We understand anyone may have problem at any time.
