OCD in a Relationship.

Hello, my name is Ken and I'm a 22 year old guy in a fairly serious relationship. As the title says, I have OCD and it is causing problems in my relationship. Let me start by saying I ruined a relationship about 4 years ago due to it and I'm scared I'm going down the same road again. My problem is my mind tells me that when she is with other people or not talking to me, it is because she would rather be doing that than talking to or being with me. I also feel like in a relationship that she should value the time with me above anyone else and I'm not sure if she does or not. I know these things sound very childish and quite frankly...stupid, but my brain works like that so I have to deal with it. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions for me? I really love this girl and I don't want to run her off like I know is very possible. I think some of this stems from my low self esteem and insecurities. Thanks.

I think it is not childish, but you are thinking in this way cause of it had happened in past with you. So here you need to change it. Change your thinking towards your relationship. You are fearing of rejecting by her. Don't do that. Cause fear may damage your love relationship with her. You should tell her that something happened in past just like you told here and may be she can help you. Tell her don't afraid of this. Feel free to share with her your every problem and see what happens. Surely,you will not be rejected. Love is always best medicine at this situation.
