relationships are to stressful for me

i have been maried twice.but now im giong to stay single forever as it gets so stressful for both parties.when im ill i dont want to be around anybody or a partner.if i get high then i go mad an love lots of people.if im paraniod i dont trust anybody.i have Shizo affective dis.my marriage failed because of this and i have lost mANY MATES.

That's good news, and you are not the first person to claim that they would be happier single, rather than married. I am 25 years old and have never been married, but the idea of it does not particularly appeal to me. I do not 'believe' in marriage or 'true love'. If you can be happy by yourself, then do it.

The social pulls, pressures and the stigma attached with being single in some parts of the world is just too hard on a person at times. In fact, there was a survey done somewhere, and singles in their forties confirmed that though they were happy being single, the society doesn't kind of let them be.

Thanks for the message, coolguy. What I can read from what you said is that one man and one woman are simply not 'meant' to live with each other for a lifetime. People in their 40's are ones who have already tried many relationships, and have probably been married at least once. Therefore, if you are honestly saying that they are the ones who are content at being single, then all I can draw from that is what I have already mentioned at the start of this post.
