Hi, baggy! I think it's is best to be honest and come out and say all this stuff to your boyfriend. If he deserves you, he'll understand and try to change.
Maybe he just needs to wake up and reailise that he has to change so he won't lose you. And if it doesn't work out, you will find someone better, becouse you deserve to be treated well. Good luck
