Hello,
This is my first post so here goes. I recently read Ganes People Play and i noticed that i enter the child ego state alot. And there are specific situations i do this in. Like when meeting new people/strangers, expected questions and in intimate relationships.
Just wanted some help on how to change this in to the adult ego state because when im in the child ego state there is a specific fear and avoiding the situation altogether.

I don't know how to give you advice on this, but I can make you questions which should help you to investigate it.
So...
1 - How is it your relationship with your parents?
2- Can you identify specific people who insist in communicating to you using the parent ego?
