Given your distress and struggle with this, I would strongly encourage you to see a psychotherapist in the coming weeks. It will help you vent, and provide you with the support you need to get through this difficult time. With therapy, you also may be able to obtain greater clarity over the situation, and begin to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Take care.

Thanks for the reply it helps.

I think that could be a good idea. I did see a therapist for a couple of years, I stopped a year ago due to money.

I will contact him and arrange a session.

I can't stop thinking about her and the situation at the moment.

Why did this have to happen to know that she is everything I want?

Instead I was reserved and kept her at a distance, physically and emotionally, and now it's too late.

I am going to see a friend later which should help and my therapist next Friday too.
