I suffered from night terrors for years. I tried everything from setting my alarm, keeping pets out of the room, having my husband not disturbing my sleep for 1 1/2 hours after falling asleep Zantac, etc. Nothing worked so I went on clonazepam which helped a lot. I did not want to be on it long term so I worked with my doctor to get off of it which I did a year and a half ago. The night terrors came back which wasn't pleasant. Last fall after I went camping, I stumbled on a weird remedy which is just eating one large marshmallow before I go to bed. It really seems to have kept the terrors at bay. Does anyone know why this would work?
