I slept with my identical twin *May Trigger*

Ok so my twin is **Mod Edit**, I am **Mod Edit**, and around our 13th birthday I came out as bisexual to him, and he came out as gay. Then he confessed that he liked me, and I told him that it was mutual, and we started dating. A few days later he got into my bed, and we kissed at around midnight, and I touched him, and he and I kept kissing, and then we, well, had sex. Nothing was penetrated. Now my brother wants to have a relationship with me, and I like him still, but I have a boyfriend and he obsessively hugs me. Not sure what to do. Any advice?

If you like your boyfriend more than your brother then stay with your boyfriend and explain your feelings to your brother so that he understands. If you like your brother more and he still likes you then stay together as it could potentially be hurtful for you both if you deny your feelings. If either of you feel like a relationship would be wrong then I would suggest that you see other people and see if you can get over your feelings for eachother. If you don't feel like it would be wrong then stay with your brother but be careful because if things go badly then your relationship with your brother could be harmed for a long time.

We tried dating other people, but eventually we have to face the fact that we both still like each other and occasionally we admit it to our friends and to each other and in my case, this site.

I don't think your meant to be having sex with anyone at 13 least of all your brother.

Why not have sex at age 13, at least with someone around your age?
Mentalboy, a sexual relationship between siblings will, I guess, at some point turn out to be problematic.Consider you won't ever be able to live it out in the open. I don't have good advice,though.Maybe you should talk to each other about what problems this could lead to and, besides the intimacy and joy of the moment,what good can come out of it in the longer run.

Is what illegal? To have sex with your sibling the same age(13) as yourself? Depends on the country you're living in, I guess, but I assume that Mentalboy wasn't looking for legal advice.

I know you're worried about, also from some other posts, and I understand that, but at some point it feels like your spreading paranoia, and you can't really know who's watching this board.

I was not after legal advice, and for the record I did not intend to have sex with my brother. It was 100% consensual so legally, no one can do much of anything. For the record, a majority of people do not really pay attention to such laws anyway, and if they did, my town would have a total of 4 people in it.so unless I can be arrested for violating age-of-consent laws, nothing much can happen except a potential intervention.
