The police and social services swept it under the carpet for a long time, and not just in Rotherham. It was/is going on in many places, and people were/are routinely being called 'racist' for daring to speak about it.
It's moronic bollocks to cite 'muslim traditions' as an excuse for these gangs, or for the police and people in authority who turn a blind eye. Surely it's poison to integration and most people's idea of tolerance, and I'd imagine it's bloody insulting to decent muslims who don't want to be judged by the activities of those bastards.

I've heard people use Luke 17:2 to say its talking about pedophiles, But I've also seen people use the same verse to say that Christians shouldn't teach their kids about Santa clause.
People can use the bible to support whatever views they might have. You can make it say whatever you want.
