U15 Idols of Japan *may trigger*

As many of you know, in Japan there is the phenomenon of modeling known as "gravure idols", and "junior idols" which are the teen and pre-teen segments. There are U18 which means models under 18 years of age, U15, U10, U6, and some variations.

What I find interesting about this junior idol thing is that most of these young girls (and a few boys) model with the consent of their parents. They wear skimpy clothing, provocative postures, and a lot of focus on the crotch areas and cameltoes.

I was wondering if the moms and dads of these kids are perverted (like me), or is it just their culture? also, due to how widespread this junior gravure thing is, I think it is accepted in mainstream Japan. The industry really blew up ever since the made CP illegal. Yeah that's right. On some point in the history of Japan CP was legal and accepted. What is fcuked up about this is I like it, I watch it every, and I wish I had that culture in my area.

I mean really. Most of the girls I see on kurokawa707 dot com and u15 dot tv are really pretty, absurdly hot. I really like them at the same time I wish I was them. And Saaya Irie, who just turned 16, the legal age of consent, is amazingly beautiful.

I'm thinking pageants, dance competitions and widespread sexualisation of kids. Are we any different in the West?

Current hysteria may force us to deny that we are worshipping the beauty of youth here, but you don't have to go very far back to find things like Gary Gross's pictures of Brooke Shields (tasteful, but distinctly erotic). Also, child porn was legal in Denmark for much of the 1970s, and a few dozen commercial releases were produced by Color Climax involving girls as young as 7. Even in the current climate the sexualisation of children is rife, and to be honest I don't see anything wrong with it per se, unless it's taken to a level at which it becomes detrimental to children's confidence (which it often is). Anyway, I think if we in the West condemn Japan for celebrating the beauty of young boys and girls, then we are total hypocrites blind to our recent past.

Ahhh yesss color climax. I remember those. Heck everything was legal in the olden times anyway.
