Ok my question is does a paraphilia generally associate itself to the member of sex/age you are attracted to? For example... A heterosexual male is attracted to the feet of a women, and not by the feet of males or children. Even though we all have feet what makes him attracted to women's feet ?

Yes. Male and female body parts can look very similar even after puberty, but attraction goes beyond the physical. This is another example of why I believe sexual attraction/orientation has erroneously become synonymous with physical attraction.
Sexual attraction is more complex. Sexual arousal is determined by more than how a body part looks. It can be triggered by psychological associations and experiences we have with a particular body part and these may be gender-specific.
