I'm sorry to hear about your distress. It sounds difficult to live with fearing societies potential reprisals of you.

Have you considered looking into support groups, or if there is anything like that close to you? Some major cities have anonymous meetings for paraphiliacs so that they can feel safe yet have someone to talk to about their feelings.

Thinking of you.

I love all the technical definitions of what a pedophile is. When it comes down to it the law in each state is clear when it is illegal,,,the societal laws are completely different. A watched a movie where two middle aged white guys were ogling a 20 yr old hot girl in the pool and their wives joked at each other that they looked like a couple of pedophiles.... It is all a matter of perception.if you are an average or unattractive older white male by himself or with another with the same description and if you're in an area that has a lot of children and a group of moms u are looked at and talked about as a pedophile and child molester

Thank you for your concern! However, I am not afraid of society, especially because it is my owm secret and I dont plan on revealing it to anybody unless I meet another pedophile in my life like me and become close friends....
I am worried about people around me figuring it out and I feel ashamed when a friend or family member hug me as I think: "they love a pedophile, they are hugging a pedophile!" Sometimes I just feel very ashamed.
