does anyone feel like their themes keep flipping from one to another, i have a major schizoprenia theme which can soon turn into harm ocd, and then relationship ocd which is a really bad. i feel like when ever i have dealt with an obsession another one pops up so i have just given up on getting better and i am letting my obsessions rule my life at the moment.
anyone help?
