Obsessing over past hurts

I get caught up in obsessing over past hurts or things i feel guilty for doing. its like my brain wont let these thoughts go then I work myself into a panic. I also have a few weird phobias and as a kid I had to do things that made no sense or had no reason. Like playing with my ear and now its extremely pointy at the top and I had compulsivness like I had to get up and reshut the door becus I was convinced even though it was shut the first time I shut it i didnt put much thought into so it must not be shut properly even tho it appeared to be. Perhaps im a bit ocd? I cant stand fabric to be under my armpits while im laying down...I have a texture issue and extreme sensitivity to stimulation. I dont like loud music even though im 26 and I always get sick after leaving the movie theater.

I know a bit about ocd and I think I may have some kind of form of ocd. Ive never been diagnosed but I wasnt always completely up front with my therapist and psychiatrist either. Ive been diagnosed adhd, ptsd and anxiety disorder/mood disorder plus i have some co-dependency issues
