My medication

Hey Im 25 I've been diagnosed by OCD by a Gp doctor I accidentally took 2 tablets in 1 night and now I feel tired exhausted dizzy I feel like the medication is doin nothin today not blocking any thoughts at all like it let it's guard down what's goin would double meds do this

Does it normally block the thoughts? Some medications work for some people more than others. Also, I think the side effects can sometimes negate the desired effects of the meds so that is possible too.
