FIRST IDENTIFICATION, know that its ocd not me , no that your not evil or mad your only sin is your afraid and that is no sin at all. SECOND DISCOMFORT, with nearly all things we must go through discomfort to get to comfort ,we have always done it from trying to walk to riding a bike driving a car learning a trade dealing with the loss of a loved one, all a struggle all have discomfort , then we find our way through we find comfort ease in what we do , so the discomfort i talk about although tuff is good it gets us were we need to be, its far better than blind slavery to something that takes away our right to live, we must turn away from our thoughts and fears see discomfort as a necessary road that will get us to our destination and the penny will drop , just like a person suffering from over indulgence of food and wants so much to be free, the only way is to go through the discomfort hunger and then one day they find that they are no longer ruled , and that they can say no, addiction is slavery because it speaks for you choice is your own voice , crush the old habit of listening to your fears by building a new one that says no i wont listen any more . THIRD PRACTICE , ocd is one face but it has many masks we must not let ourselves be tricked, saying no to our fears is an ongoing practice but the more we work the stronger we will get ,i have done this and i suffer d with ocd for about ten years and the reason it was that long was because i didnt know what it was , all i knew was that i was trapped in a prison of self doubt and despair, and now i feel strong and free life is great again ocd still tries to have its way but i smile now and say so what, and the stronger i get the weaker it becomes , YOU CAN GET THERE TO , GOD BLESS :D
