Hey,
I have OCD diagnosed. I think that it's important to realise why you go to wash your hands in the first place. For example, do you just go to a sink when you get the urge?; or do you only do it when you need to wash dishes or urinate? What might help you is wearing gloves while you are at home. This might be the one thing that acts as a deterrent from feeling the need to washing them. You should also go to your GP (doctor) if you can. He/she could refer you to a psychiatrist or someone else more specific to your problem.
Read-up on OCD too, so that you'll be well-equipped with knowledge before you visit that doctor.
