Extreme OCD Problem Help

i need help about OCD symptoms

(1).I have constant habit of washing hand.like when I first wash my hand again urge of washing hand then again till my mind fulfill.because of it my hand is becoming dry and white.i have no control of it.

(2).i have very high suspicion about things.Example when i was in bed then suddenly i see a little brown thing left of my bed sheet i suddenly got shocked .i was thinking where it came from. Then I was it came from top or is it food particle(i am pretty sure it is) or dirt even I think is it fecal matter(I don't how it came in my mind).Because of it I change my bed sheet and mattress clean it with solvent and I get a bath.It happen again some time ago.because of it I have difficulty sleeping in that bed.

Sometime it happen when I see little thing on my feet or shirt pant i change cloth and washing that part.Over time I got the feeling not touching that part.

From Above Example there is another suspicion have created ie some time when i fart i got the felling that i have poop because of it I go to bathroom and clean my self but i can found nothing. It is also happen many times.from this i have habit of changing cloth and washing hand and feet.

(3).I also have habit of cleaning object(keyboard and mouse) with solvent.Like if i see a dirt on object I clean it with solvent many times.

I want help about these topic in detail.

Which country are you living in? If you can visit a doctor, then you should do that. I say this because it is evident to me that you have strong OCD symptoms. I have an official OCD diagnosis, and I understand each of your points 1, 2, and 3. To be honest, I do very similar things in my own life. For example, I also frequently wash my bed-sheets and clothes; and I clean my keyboard with 'solvent'. Sometimes, I have more than 2 showers per day. I remember one day in the past when I had 6 showers in one day.

You can get help for this, but ideally it should be professional help. I received therapy (cognitive behavioural therapy [CBT] for my symptoms).

Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is about changing your habits. Considering/because OCD is mostly about being 'stuck' in certain bad habits, CBT is the ideal form of therapy for it. All that you must do now is make an appointment with your doctor. Then, he/she will refer/send you to a different doctor (probably a psychologist, therapist, or psychiatrist).
