I have obsession about memory and bad thoughts. Why do bad thoughts bring good memories ? Is it normal to have a bad thought and this triggers a good feeling memory ? It feels like false attraction but with feelings.
For example, I think of bad thought it brings good memories this gives me so much anxiety.
it’s like feeling the good memory and the bad thought that is in the background is enoying because I don’t feel nothing to that thought only feeling of good memory.
is this how I supposed to react to this thoughts ?
