HOCD Lost desire for men

Hi everyone,
I am dealing with hocd for 4 months,and anxiety is gone and I am not worry that i may be lesbian and those thoughts are not bothering me as much as the fact i lost desire for man,and when i see a cute guy i feel nothing and i have feeling like the men arent important and that is really worrying me. Because all i ever wanted before hocd is to have boyfriend and romantic relationship. Now i even think i am not romantic anymore. That is so upsetting. I am reading that the others who are experiencing hocd has the same problem . But my question is how is that possible to lose attraction and desire? And will my desire for boyfriend and attraction come back the way it was before hocd? Can someone who recovered tell me that? Because than i will be able to let go that because i would know it will come back.
